Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. JODICAMILLE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, JODICAMILLE is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
